13322 (2024). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister of Internal Affairs: Does the Minister agree with reports that she was "stoked" after being informed of DJ Tessa Hills's application for a current passport in the messages between Maria Roberston and Paul James, Chief Executive of Internal Affairs and, if so, why was she stoked?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I was pleased when I was proactively advised by Maria Robertson that the Department had already received an urgent passport application from Ms Hills and that she would receive her passport in time through the urgent passport process which is available to all New Zealanders.
