13306 (2024). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: How many prisoners are currently on a wait list to attend a rehabilitation service as set out in their sentenced prisoner’s management plan, if any, at each prison, and by rehabilitation service type?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Corrections reports this information as at month end. To extract this information more frequently and carry out necessary analysis to ensure its accuracy, would require significant time and resource, which I am not prepared to ask of my officials for the purposes of this response. For the number of people in Corrections-managed prisons who were on a waitlist to attend a rehabilitation programme, as at 30 April 2024, I refer the member to my response to WPQ 9012 (2024).
