13284 (2024). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: What advice, reports, papers or any other communications, if any, has he seen or heard from Corrections in relation to forming Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) for prisons?

Hon Mark Mitchell: While I have received papers on a range of matters relating to existing Public-Private Partnerships (Auckland South Corrections Facility and the current development of Waikeria Prison), none related to forming new PPPs. This is also my response to WPQ 13286 (2024).
