Hon Louise Upston: All International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy revenue has been hypothecated to tourism and conservation. From 2025/26 onward, $35 million per year is allocated for new investment for tourism and $55 million per year allocated for conservation, provided as fixed annual appropriations. Remaining additional revenue is attributed to existing activity within tourism and conservation.
