13271 (2026). Hon Jo Luxton to the Minister of Conservation: How much International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy revenue has been allocated specifically to wilding pine control programmes in each financial year since the levy was introduced?

Hon Tama Potaka: Funding towards wilding conifer control has been allocated from the IVL revenue for the past three years, with the first being in 2023/24 where $7.051 million was allocated. In 2024/25 $3.5 million was allocated and in 2025/26 $3 million was allocated to wilding conifer control.
