13213 (2024). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister of Education: Further to the Minister’s answer to Written Parliamentary Question 10255 (2024), what does the Minister think is happening with the presence of LGBTQ+ inclusive groups, like InsideOut, in schools?

Hon Erica Stanford: As I stated at the time, I understand that in some instances LBTQ+ inclusive groups provide support to school groups or clubs. They may also undertake other activities as invited by teachers, principals, or school boards. It is the responsibility of school boards and/or principals to make the appropriate decisions for their communities as to the presence of any external groups in their school.
