Tangi Utikere to the Prime Minister: Did his office instruct, request, or suggest to entities for which the Minister of Transport or the Minister of Housing is responsible that they prepare briefings for an incoming minister at any point prior to the Cabinet reshuffle of 3 April 2026; and if not, is he aware of any other source from which such an instruction may have originated?
