13172 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to Reply 11666 (2026), will the outcomes of NZTA's enforcement review be reported publicly, and if so, in what form and by when?

Hon Chris Bishop: NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) advises that it intends to report information to the extent it is able. However, as matters are subject to ongoing investigations, it is not yet possible to advise when such reporting may occur or the form it may take.
