13167 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to Reply 11430 (2026), were any of the 17 individuals whose licences were fraudulently converted after February 2025 involved in any recorded road crashes, roadside inspection failures, or traffic infringements during the period they held those licences?

Hon Chris Bishop: Providing this information could prejudice the maintenance of the law, including these people’s rights to a fair trial, due to ongoing investigations and legal processes.
