Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to Reply 11656 (2026), what were the traffic offence rates, crash involvement rates, and roadside inspection outcomes for the cohort specifically during the period February 2025 to October 2025, when NZTA had identified potential issues but had not yet closed the vulnerability?
