13159 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to Replies 11429 and 11431 (2026), how many of the 461 fraudulent conversions were issued after July 2025, when the fraud had been confirmed; and what was the reason for the three-month delay between confirmation of fraud and closure of the vulnerability on 31 October 2025?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that 12 of the 461 overseas conversions occurred after 1 July 2025. For the remainder of the question, I refer the Member to my response to Written Question 11429 (2026).
