Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Police: Will the technological solution to the end-of-life Police Infringement Processing System needed to be completed before it will be possible to issue the new infringements set out in the Antisocial Road Use Legislation Amendment Bill, be funded out of capex or opex?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that the replacement technology solution to the Police Infringement Processing System is funded from OpEx.
