13095 (2026). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Police: Is it expected that Police will have to funded from their own baseline the technological solution to the end-of-life Police Infringement Processing System needed to be completed before it will be possible to issue the new infringements set out in the Antisocial Road Use Legislation Amendment Bill?

Hon Mark Mitchell: Police was approved to carry over an underspend from the 2024/25 financial year to fund the replacement technology solution to the Police Infringement Processing System. This is also my response to Written Parliamentary Questions 13094 (2026).
