13002 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Statistics: What is the total amount, if any, spent on office relocations or refurbishments by any agencies under the Minister’s responsibility since 27 November 2023, broken down by agency and location?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: Stats NZ has three offices located in Wellington, Auckland and Christchurch. I am advised by Stats NZ that a combined total of $220,624 was spent on office relocations and refurbishments for the time period 1 November 2023 to 28 February 2025 for all locations. Of this, $115,474 was spent on office relocations and $105,150 spent on refurbishments.
