12995 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Statistics: What is the total cost, if any, of leasing office space for any agencies under the Minister’s responsibility since 27 November 2023, broken down by agency and location?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that Stats NZ spent $7,371,496.55 on leasing office space in the period 1 December 2023 to 28 February 2025. Of this, $4,748,973.70 was in Wellington, $1,463,432.29 was in Christchurch and $1,159,090.56 was in Auckland.
