Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that under standard conditions, the Eagle Helicopter operates three shifts per day: early shift, late shift, and night shift. I refer the Member to the attached table that shows the number of times Police used the Eagle helicopter since November 2023 by month. During the Christmas period of 2023 into 2024, the unit operated on a reduced roster due to the holiday season. Specifically, it ran a single twilight shift per day over approximately two weeks.
