This is broken down by location as follows: • 141 Banks Street (Whangarei) – $13,300 • 18 Normanby Road (Auckland) – $234,381 • 44 The Terrace (Wellington) – $2,814,573 • 48 Hereford Street (Christchurch) – $9,269 • 504 Wairakei Road (Christchurch) – $49,794 (TEC moved office in January 2025) • 442 Moray Place (Dunedin) – $7,367 TEC co-locates with MBIE in Whangarei, and moved Christchurch offices in January 2025 to co-locate with Ministry of Education at 48 Hereford Street. TEC rents a single desk in Dunedin.
