Hon Karen Chhour: A key shift in Te Aorerekura is to move towards skilled and sustainable workforces. The second Action Plan is the vehicle for driving collective efforts towards delivering measurable results, underpinned by evidence of what works and will have impact. The second Action Plan is currently under consideration.
