12874 (2026). Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: Further to 59075 (2025), has the Government written to banks to encourage them to standardise financial information, if so when, and will the letter be made public?

Cameron Brewer: The Government will be writing to banks to encourage them to standardise financial information in due course, acknowledging that their bedding-in of open banking will help to streamline comparisons and applications.
