12818 (2024). Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Minister for Disability Issues: On what date, if any, did Whaikaha finalise the savings for the government from restricting flexibility of funding for disability support services as announced on 18 March 2024?

Hon Louise Upston: Changes to flexible funding were not made as part of the Government's fiscal sustainability programme, and therefore savings have not been "finalised." The Budget will, however, disclose decisions the Government has made regarding funding for the Ministry of Disabled People-Whaikaha, which account for the impacts of ongoing activities-this information remains sensitive until the budget is released.
