Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister for Tertiary Education: On how many occasions, if any, during the past five years has the TEC’s DCE Delivery reversed a TEC funding panel decision to decline full funding for a provider and for each such occasion, what was the organisation, how much had been applied for and what amount was ultimately approved?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised by the TEC that collating this material would require substantial collation. I do not consider it to be in the public interest to divert staff from their work to undertake a substantial collation exercise.
