12803 (2024). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Does Kainga Ora currently own any properties on Tahapa Crescent, Meadowbank, Auckland; if so, what are the addresses and are these properties currently occupied?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it owns 35 homes on Tahapa Crescent, Meadowbank, Auckland. Thirty-three homes are currently occupied. To protect the privacy of tenants, addresses are withheld.
