12799 (2026). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister for Tertiary Education: How many, if any, funding applications for teacher education programmes did the TEC receive for the 2026 Investment Round and how many applications were approved in full?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I have been informed by the Tertiary Education Commission that they received two requests for additional funding for teacher education programmes for the 2026 Investment Round. One was approved in full.
