12776 (2024). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: What advice, if any, has the Minister received regarding a process to fulfil the requirements of Section 448B of the Oranga Tamariki Act 1989?

Hon Karen Chhour: I have not received any specific advice regarding a process to fulfil the requirements of Section 448B of the Oranga Tamariki Act 1989. I am advised that the next section 448B report is not due until July 2025.
