12772 (2024). Lan Pham to the Minister for Energy: What correspondence or communication, if any, has the Minister received from Government MPs regarding the fast-track approvals bill; listed by title and date?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am taking your questions as referring to Ministers of the Crown. As one of the three Minister’s responsible for Fast Track collating all correspondence and communication with fellow Ministers and Members of Parliament would be a considerable and time-consuming task. I do not feel it would be in the public interest to dedicate resource to collate the information you have requested.
