12764 (2024). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: What correspondence or communication, if any, has the Minister received from Government members regarding projects seeking to be included in the schedules of the fast-track approvals bill?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have received a large amount of correspondence regarding projects seeking to be included in the schedules of the Fast-track Approvals Bill. To provide this information would take substantial effort and collation. In accordance with SR 210/6 I consider that the time, and hence the expense, of answering this question cannot be justified in this case.
