12758 (2024). Arena Williams to the Minister for Building and Construction: Was the Minister invited to the Buildings and Climate Global Forum on 7 and 8 March 2024 hosted by the French Government, and if yes, why did he not attend?

Hon Chris Penk: Yes I was invited and while it would have been a good opportunity to attend I decided that, on balance and particularly noting the Forum timing being early in the life of the new government, that it would be more beneficial to focus on my ministerial duties in New Zealand at that time.
