12756 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister of Local Government: Further to Response 11373 (2026), what is the structure, if there is one, of the "structured interagency officials' group” referred to in the response?

Hon Simon Watts: The discussion on the wastewater standards was carried out by a working group that supports the Senior Officials Group established by a Memorandum of Understanding between the Water Services Authority, Health New Zealand and the Ministry of Health. The structure of the group comprises a relationship manager for each entity, as well as policy and operational staff depending on the work programme.
