12737 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Tertiary Education: How many disability support or advisory roles, if any, are there currently at Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology?

Hon Penny Simmonds: Toi Ohomai currently employ 7 FTE Learning and Access Facilitators who can provide academic and accessibility support to disabled learners. And currently employ 7 FTE Ākonga Navigators, 2 FTE Mental Health Practitioners, and 1 FTE Mental Health Youth Facilitator, who can provide pastoral and wellbeing care for disabled learners.
