12734 (2024). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Police: Is it his expectation that Police will be confronting every gang member they see in the street and ‘ripping off’ their patches?

Hon Mark Mitchell: My expectation is that Police enforce the law in accordance with the Policing Act 2008.
