Hon Nicole McKee: Corrected reply: I refer the Member to the responses to written parliamentary questions 16452 (2023), 14000 (2023), 10715 (2023), 10711 (2023), 2387 (2023) by the former Minister for the Digital Economy and Communications and former Minister for Seniors Hon Ginny Andersen. My definition and application of the phrase "due course" is aligned with that of the then Minister's application of the phrase. The Member will know that when the phrase "due course" is applied, it does not refer to a specified date.
