Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Police: Does he agree with Paul Goldsmith’s statement that, “I have not asked for, nor been provided, any advice on whether our government’s new gang policies are expected to have an impact on the NGL numbers,” if so, what advice, reports, memos, or any other documents, if any, has he received on new gang policies expected impact on the National Gang List numbers, by title and date?

Hon Mark Mitchell: Yes. In Minister Goldsmith's statement, he clearly states that he has not asked for, nor been provided, any advice.
