12687 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: What is the total amount, if any, spent on social media advertising and influencers by any agencies under the Minister’s responsibility since 27 November 2023, broken down by agency and platform?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: I am advised centrally held records show that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade spent NZ$8,914.66 (including GST where applicable) on social media advertising on Facebook and LinkedIn between 27 November 2023 and 25 March 2025. There was no centrally held record of any spending on social media influencers.
