12639 (2026). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What is the average number of times a week, if any, a person in Ministry of Social Development employment case management via the phone will recieve a phone call?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development that they do not centrally record the number of phone calls an Employment Case Manager may receive from clients and are unable to provide this information.
