12626 (2026). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister of Finance: What submissions, if any, has she received from stakeholders, academics, or civil society organisations in the last three months opposing the removal of the wellbeing objectives from public finance legislation?

Hon Nicola Willis: I receive correspondence from the public about a number of matters, and this is not categorized in the way the Member has asked. Collating this would require substantial staff resources and thus cost to the taxpayer. I do not believe that this would be in the public interest.
