Hon Louise Upston: The Ministry of Disabled People – Whaikaha has not provided any advice on limiting the proportion of individualised funding budgets that are deemed flexible. Settings for the disability support system are now being considered in the external review of Disability Support Services (DSS) that was announced on 30 April.
