12567 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Regulation: What is the total cost, if any, of leasing office space for any agencies under the Minister’s responsibility since 27 November 2023, broken down by agency and location?

Hon David Seymour: Officials advise that the cost for the Ministry for Regulation’s office lease in Wellington CBD is $542,980.54 (excluding GST), and the cost for the office workspace lease in Auckland Central Hub is $41,400 (excluding GST), for a combined total cost of $584,380.54 since its establishment on 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025. Both are leased from government.
