12556 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Associate Minister of Education: How many, if any, lunches that were meant to serve specific dietary or religious needs errantly included inappropriate ingredients, such as ham in a vegetarian meal, during the week of March 10th, 2025?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that the Ministry of Education received 64 contacts from 52 schools with the School Lunch Collective as a provider for the week of the 10 March 2025. None of these mentioned ""errantly included inappropriate ingredients"" in the meals. The Ministry is aware through feedback from schools that there have been some delivery issues with special dietary and Halal meals. This is also my response to written parliamentary questions 12557, 12558, and 12559 (2025).
