Hon Erica Stanford: Since the start of 2010, RSE workers arrived in New Zealand an average of 3 times (i.e. 3 seasons). I am advised that some workers only come for one season and others have come for more than 10. The number of seasons often depends on the motivations of the RSE worker, who may be working toward a particular goal such as buying a house or setting up their own business in their home country. Workers may also skip a season or two and then return.
