12467 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Social Investment: What is the cost per month to the Social Investment Agency of its co-location agreement at Te Iho, 1 Bowen Street, and how is that cost calculated?

Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised that cost per month for the Social Investment Agency's co-location agreement at Te Iho is approx. $80,294.33, excluding GST. This is the annual cost as per question 51629 (2025) pro-rated across the year as per the co-location agreement.
