12447 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Has he discussed categorising ManUp, Destiny Church, or any other affiliated organisation as a criminal gang with the Minister of Police under Section 32 of the Gangs Act?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I have many discussions with the Minister of Police. To the best of my knowledge, I cannot recall a specific conversation about this matter. The Member may be interested in reply number 8299 (2025).
