12438 (2026). Scott Willis to the Minister for Energy: What is the total amount of funding to date that has been allocated through the Community Renewable Energy Fund and how many MW of generation has the fund supported installing, listed by name of project and type of generation?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that the Community Renewable Energy Fund has allocated $18.06 million to 184 projects as of April 2026. Of these, 85 projects costing $6.15 million are complete with a solar generation potential of 1.9 MW. Projects are a mixture of solar and battery systems and a list of funded projects can be found on MBIE and EECA’s websites.
