12375 (2026). Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister for Infrastructure: Is he concerned that Watercare said it did not have time to review some of the evidence during the fast-track approval process for the Sunfield development?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have confidence in the fast-track approvals process and note that the timeframes for panel consideration of applications are independently set by the panel convener. I also note that I possess no decision-making role for substantive Fast-track applications.
