12371 (2025). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister for Courts: What public private partnerships, if any, is the Minister currently considering within their portfolio area, listed by region, parties involved, and status?

Hon Nicole McKee: I have received advice about using a type of public private partnership to design, build, finance and maintain new courthouses. Information within this advice is commercially sensitive and is therefore subject to the confidentiality of advice tendered by Ministers of the Crown and officials. Therefore, in accordance with Speaker's ruling 199/6, I do not believe it to be within the public interest to release this advice.
