12317 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 7100 (2026), how did Kāinga Ora become aware that Jacic Advisory Pty Ltd had the specialist skills it required and how was contact with the company initiated?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that awareness of Jacic Advisory’s capability arose through general industry knowledge of specialist advisory providers operating in this field. Exploratory discussions were had to confirm the appropriate expertise to support large‑scale, complex organisational transformation.
