12315 (2026). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Does Health New Zealand have colour codes for Recruitment Business Cases, if so what are they and the reasons for them?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that Capital, Coast and Hutt district has a Gold Recruitment Business Case (RBC), which is used when asking to create a new role that does not already exisit. I am further advised that no other Health New Zealand districts have colour codes for their RBCs.
