12296 (2024). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister for National Security and Intelligence: What is the Ministers expectation if Chief Executives and the Minister cannot agree on a savings and performance plan for their responsible agencies, if any?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Minister for National Security and Intelligence I am not a Responsible Minister. In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
