12220 (2026). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister of Internal Affairs: What actions, if any, has she taken to ensure that Fire & Emergency New Zealand has enough fuel and diesel reserves to operate during a prolonged fuel shortage?

Hon Brooke van Velden: Fire and Emergency is working with the Public Service Commission and the All of Government response to ensure that critical, life supporting services can continue at all phases of the National Fuel Plan whilst reducing fuel use where practicable.
