12211 (2026). Hon Jo Luxton to the Associate Minister for Energy: Which fuel stations, if any, in the East Coast may be forced to shut down in the event of Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 of the Fuel Response Plan, and what criteria will be used to decide which stations will shut down?

Hon Shane Jones: Any decisions affecting retail operations would be made in accordance with the objectives of the fuel response plan, including preserving fuel for essential services and managing system stability, in consultation with fuel companies.
