12197 (2024). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister for Small Business and Manufacturing: For each of the new policy initiatives in the Minister’s responsible Vote for Budget 2022, if any, how many, if any, Full Time Equivalents are currently working on these initiatives, broken down by individual initiative?

Hon Andrew Bayly: I am advised that the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment does not currently track staff numbers in this way. Some MBIE staff support multiple portfolios and that portfolios are also often supported by other business units and enabling functions to support their work.
